på att korsa några väldigt köldtåliga/härdiga sorter med några dumstarka sorter.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Hittills har jag bara hittat sorter som klarar sig bra ner till +6 grader,&lt;br /&gt;men om man korsar den med en som klarar sig bra i skugga/väldigt dåligt ljus börjar man nog närma sig något lyckat.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;En korsning av detta slag kommer ta en stund.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Jag har tänkt att man korsar den köldtåliga med den mörkertåliga och den mörkertåliga med den köldtåliga.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;När dom två plantorna får mogen frukt, odlar jag fröerna och korsar dom.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Upprepar steg två och hoppas det gett resultat.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Om resultatet är lyckat korsas sorten med tex Trinidad Scorpion.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Detta resultat korsas med ytterligare med den tåliga.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Om allt går som planerat,&lt;br /&gt;kommer det bli en stark chilli som klarar svenskt klimat.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Målet är /&gt;Fosfor (kemisk beteckning: P)&lt;br /&gt;Icke metalliskt grundämne, nödvändigt vid celldelning samt för växtens mognad och rötternas utveckling.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Kalium (kemisk beteckning: K)&lt;br /&gt;Grundämne, nödvändigt för blomning och fruktsättning, &lt;br /&gt;för att stärka vävnaden och förbättra förmågan att ta upp vatten.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Kvävebrist.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Symptom: bladverket bleknar, tillväxten blir klen.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Åtgärd: gödsla eller blanda i kompost, dränera bättre.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Fosforbrist.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Symptom: bladen blir små och bleka, långsam tillväxt, tidig lövfällning där löven kan skifta i blågrönt.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Åtgärd: blanda i kompost, dränera bättre.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Kaliumbrist.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Symptom: bladen är bleka, växer dåligt, blir bruna i toppen och gula vid bladnerven.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Åtgärd: tillsätt vallört, stenmjöl.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Magnesiumbrist.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Symptom: bladen blir flammiga, gula mellan nerverna.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Åtgärd: tillsätt magnesiumsalt och (ugn 175 grader)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;250 gr. Smör&lt;br /&gt;250 gr. 70% choklad&lt;br /&gt;1 Habanero&lt;br /&gt;1 dl. Espresso&lt;br /&gt;2 dl. Socker&lt;br /&gt;4 st. Rumsvarma ägg&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sätt på ugnen.&lt;br /&gt;Smöra och bröa bakform med löstagbar botten.&lt;br /&gt;Smält choklad och smör i en kastrull,&lt;br /&gt;häll i espresso och finhackad habanero,&lt;br /&gt;blanda och ta av från värmen.&lt;br /&gt;Vispa ägg och socker poröst.&lt;br /&gt;Blanda allt,&lt;br /&gt;häll i formen och grädda 40 - 45 minuter.&lt;br /&gt;Tag ut kakan och låt vila minst 1 timma. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Glasyr.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 thai chili&lt;br /&gt;250 ml. Färskpressad apelsinjuice&lt;br /&gt;150 gr. Socker&lt;br /&gt;200 gr. Mörk choklad&lt;br /&gt;20 gr. Färsk ingefära&lt;br /&gt;2 Sharon&lt;br /&gt;10 Physalis&lt;br /&gt;2 lime (juice och rivet skal)&lt;br /&gt;8 Dl. Havtornsjuice&lt;br /&gt;3 msk. Mörk sirap&lt;br /&gt;1 Dl. Vitvinsvinäger&lt;br /&gt;1 Msk. Svartpeppar&lt;br /&gt;3-5 Msk hel koriander.&lt;br /&gt;1 Tsk.
